This policy explains what information Doheny AI LLC ("Doheny AI," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email parker@dohenyai.com and we'll explain it.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to dohenyai.com, our forms, and the communications we have with prospects and clients. It does not cover the separate privacy practices of the third-party tools our clients run, or any AI voice agent we build that operates inside a client's own systems and call flows.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a demo, complete a business assessment intake, or contact us, we collect what you submit — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade or industry, and any details you share about your operations.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source — through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule and run demos and calls.
- To deliver the services you engage us for — assessments, voice agents, automation builds, and ongoing support.
- To send you transactional messages (appointment confirmations, account and service notifications) and, where you've consented, occasional marketing messages.
- To improve the site and understand which messaging resonates.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages. Here's exactly how that works:
- Consent. We only send texts to people who opt in through our web forms, contact requests, email or phone, or an active service relationship. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.
- Types of messages. Transactional (appointment reminders, confirmations, account and service notifications) and, with separate consent, marketing and promotional messages.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for others' marketing. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for texting are used only to deliver the messages described above.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to measure traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site function.
6. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers that operate our stack — our CRM and messaging platform, email and document tools, calendar and scheduling, telephony and AI voice providers, and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and may not use it for unrelated purposes.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and accounting records, and meet legal obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Your choices
- Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing parker@dohenyai.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws. We honor valid requests under applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Other sites
The site may link to third-party websites and tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies before sharing information with them.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
